The home features granite kitchen and is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the main house and 2 bedrooms/1 bath in the guest house for a total of 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The beds will sleep 20 people. The property resides on a channel within strinking distance of the main open lake. Two state record catches were caught within 100 yards of this property. This house offers the lowest rate of any 5 bedroom waterfront home in the New Braunfels area equipped with a private swimming pool.

The house can easily be combined with the neighboring house (Vintage Home) to provide 12 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. Each house has a small private in-ground swimming pools and exceed 4000 sq ft. of living space. The combined living space exceeds 8000 sq ft. The homes are fully furnished and include a full range of appliances and linens.
