Equipped with over 120 sq ft (60 linear feet) of granite counter top, slate backsplash, endless array of maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators, island counter and more. Small appliances include coffee maker, microwave oven, blender, large selection of pots and pans, silverware and glassware for 35, electric can opener and toaster oven.

The dining room is trimmed out with 3 full-size tables and 8 full size (6 ft x 4ft) windows overlooking the backyard.
Another popular feature is the living areas, not one but three! Each living room is equipped with a big-screen tv, couch(s) and a double-sided fireplace. The gentlemen can watch football in one family room while the ladies watch their movies in the other.
There is no skimping on the quality of the beds. There are 15 beds in all. Matresses are comfortable and inviting.
